I confess. I’ve never given my voicemail greeting a second thought. Sure, I “personalized” my message with the standard greeting: “Hi, this is Carol, I can’t come to the phone right now…” but that was it. When my computer crashed last week, I was keenly reminded of the importance of backing up my computer. Fortunately, I have an online back-up service through Dell (Dell DataSafe).
