I saw the movie a long time ago and so glad to see it circulating again. It is an AWESOME movie. It is Christian-based; Piggy-backing off last week’s illness, I wanted to share an article on About.com that I found about the importance of self-care. It not only gives the physical and emotional reasons for self-care, it also gives suggestions on ways to pamper/take care of yourself. One thing to keep in mind, as well, I’ve been sick for several days now with the flu. In my fogged-brain I came up with the crazy idea of doing a video to remind others that it really is important to take care of yourself. (Excuse the glare, I’m still trying to figure out how to get rid My husband will be coming home this weekend and we will be heading back to NJ for a week (thanks Anne for house-sitting!), so I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
