Piggy-backing off last week’s illness, I wanted to share an article on About.com that I found about the importance of self-care. It not only gives the physical and emotional reasons for self-care, it also gives suggestions on ways to pamper/take care of yourself.
One thing to keep in mind, as well, is to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Your body usually gives you signs of being run-down so take the cue and take the steps you need to care for yourself before you crash; because, when you do crash and burn, it’s not pretty (and if you need proof, just look at theĀ Youtube video I made)!
