When your plans go awry

frustrated.bmpI planned on writing this week’s Virtual Assistance 101 installment earlier in the week. I really did. Life got in the way so I never got it done. I was going to write it yesterday. Life got in the way so I never got it done. I was going to write it this morning when I was finished with some errands I had to do. The errands took longer than expected so I didn’t get it done. I had to give my son his lunch and I was planning to do it after he was settled. Then I had to unexpectedly go out - again.

I finally sit down to write the post but decide to check my email “real quick.” Yeah - no such thing. Here I am 30 minutes later (I DID have to check in with Facebook, ya know) with no post written. (big sigh) It’s time to admit defeat and plan on writing the post next week. It’s time to get my son up from his nap and start dinner. (Hey, any suggestions for potty training a very stubborn little boy? He’s three and giving me a hard time. I am SOOO over pull-ups. :/)

One great thing happened this week. I am beginning a partnership with a new client! Yay! I’m really excited. One more client and my practice will be officially “full.”

Well, I hope you have a wonderful weekend. I’ll leave you with a great quote I found on Kyle’s blog:

“Never give up on something that you can’t go a day without thinking about.” —Unknown

I think that’s my new favorite quote, I really like it.

P.S. Go check out Kyle’s blog, it’s terrific.
