I confess. I’ve never given my voicemail greeting a second thought. Sure, I “personalized” my message with the standard greeting: “Hi, this is Carol, I can’t come to the phone right now…” but that was it. It hadn’t occured to me that a truly personalized greeting could make much of an Is your child scared of Santa? Check this blog post out by Phil Gerbyshak.
