It seems like eons since I’ve written a blog post (since January 3rd to be exact!), but I am finally getting back on track. It has been an interesting road in getting the blog back together, but I’m almost done.
I decided to change my blog’s theme from the 2Cleft-SEO theme to the Atahualpa Theme at the recommendation of several knowledgeable people. Now I just have to tweak some things and finish fixing the header, and I should be done.
(By the way, if you need a WordPress expert, Marisa Moleiro of VIP Assisting is top-notch. She was so helpful to me and went out of her way to answer all my questions. Thanks again, Marisa!)
One good thing that came from my blog restructuring is that I had the chance to think about the direction of my blog and where I want to go from here. I will be focusing more of my posts on time management, social networking and business tools. I will also be writing longer articles less often, so I’ll probably be writing once or twice a week unless I come across something I really need to share. We’ll see.
I won’t be writing the monthly “Motivational Monday” or “Techno Thursday” posts regularly, either. I probably won’t give up writing those posts all together, but they won’t be a regular feature of the blog anymore.
On to some other news: I’m happy to report that my husband finally found a new job (after almost a year of being unemployed)! We will be re-locating, and I’ll write more about that soon. Also, I turned the big 4-0 this year. Where has the time gone?? I wound up having a week-long celebration with tons of wonderful surprises (Thanks again, Anne!). I’ll be writing a blog post about this shortly.
Also, I will be announcing some new service offerings, products and opportunities over the course of the coming months. So far 2010 is shaping up to be a wonderful year, and I can’t wait to see what the new year will unfold!
