These are the three success (retainer) plans you have to choose from:

Plan one: The “Heavenly plan” -- $600/month

 Plan two: The “Simply Divine Plan” -- $900/month

◊Up to 15 hours of administrative services as needed    

◊Complimentary consultation and activity analysis and diagnostic                                               

◊Shared virtual workspace                             

◊Weekly one-hour “ramp-up” call                                    

◊Unlimited email access and electronic work requests  

◊Complimentary summary of accomplishments             

◊Write-up and promotion of you and your business on my blog and website                                                           ◊Policies and procedures manual in electronic form                             

◊Two complimentary brainstorming sessions per month ◊Additional hours billed at $60 per hour

Plan three: The “Almighty Plan” -- $1,200/month

◊Up to 20 hours of administrative services as needed    

◊Complimentary consultation and activity analysis and diagnostic                                               

◊Shared virtual workspace                             

◊Weekly one-hour “ramp-up” call                                    

◊Unlimited email access and electronic work requests  

◊Complimentary summary of accomplishments             

◊Write-up and promotion of you and your business on my blog and website                                                           ◊Policies and procedures manual in electronic and binder form                                                                      ◊Two complimentary brainstorming sessions per month                                                                      ◊Additional hours billed at $60 per hour

Retainer Policies

Although you will begin to see some results right away, it takes time to “get into the groove” where true, long-lasting results can begin. Therefore, there is a three (3) month minimum when we begin working together.

After the three (3) months are up, we will evaluate how the relationship is going and decide if we both want to continue our working relationship.

Retainers are paid in advance and billed in 15 minute increments. Invoices are sent via email on the 20th of each month and due by the 1st. Any hours after the 20th will be billed the following month.

Any unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Those hours are reserved just for you whether you use them or not.

Retainers are similar to a gym membership. You are reserving your space and ensuring availability of the services for which you are paying. It’s the same here. You are reserving my time and availability and it’s up to you (with my help!) to use that time.

The retainer hours can not be changed from month to month. If you consistently go over the success plan you have chosen we will discuss the option of switching to a higher plan (or creating a custom plan if you are already at the “Almighty” plan.)
