Rates

It is my mission to provide exemplary administrative services to my clients. I am best able to do this in a long-term collaborative relationship. Therefore, I work only on a retainer basis. I do not do project work.

My fee* structure (based on the experience and skills gained over the past 18 years) is as follows:

The first retainer option is $500 per month which reserves 10 hours. Any overages will be billed at $50 per hour.

The Second retainer option is $675 per month which reserves 15 hours. Any overages will be $45 per hour.

There is also a flat fee of $50 for both options which includes a complete assessment of your welcome packet, website (s) and business, and together coming up with a plan of action.

Both options are paid in advance and billed in one minute increments. Invoices are sent via email on the 20th of each month and due by the 1st. Any hours after the 20th will be billed the following month.

Any unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Those hours are reserved just for you whether you use them or not.

The retainer hours can not be changed from month to month. If you consistently use a certain amount of hours above the minimum retainer (10 hours) then I will create a retainer package to meet your particular needs.
