Discernment Process

Since it’s impossible to work with everyone, I have a discernment process in place. This process helps both of us ascertain if partnering together will be mutually beneficial.

Initial call: Our first call is for getting to know each other a bit and see if we “click.” We will learn about each other’s background, our work styles and answer any questions we may have.

Secondary call: If we both agree to go forward, there will be a secondary call. This is where we discuss in greater depth about our expectations, potential issues, and delve deeper into our work styles.

Welcome Packet: If we decide to enter a partnership after our secondary call, I will send you a welcome packet. This packet includes a policy and procedures agreement; three professional and personal goals that you would like to achieve in the first 90 days of our working together; ten things you have been putting off and are ready to handle with my assistance and client profile.

Assessment: Once I receive the welcome packet and payment, I will do a complete assessment of your business, website and business. From the assessment and our previous talks, I will suggest a plan of action. We will either start working off of my suggestions or together we will create a plan of action that better suites your needs.
