Who I help

Before I tell you how I help, let me first tell you who I help. I work best with Motivational Professionals. They are business or life coaches, motivational speakers, wellness gurus and similar solopreneurs who are serious about their success and ready to take their businesses to the next level.

They have a high level of integrity and strong values. They are willing to collaborate, express expectations and goals clearly; and, allow me to be a true partner in their success.

How I Help

I climb into my clients’ businesses, handling all the daily administrative details, empowering them to focus on revenue generating activities, fostering client relationships, and allowing them to do what they are expert at and prefer doing.

Each client is different and each client has different needs; however, to give you an idea of how I can help you, here are some things I can do for you:

Writing Services: Researching, writing, editing and proofing blog posts, articles, press releases, etc.

Travel Arrangements: Book hotels, airline tickets, rental car or limo and provide detailed itinerary.

Customer Relations: Handle potential client inquiries and questions, create or format welcome packets and send to new clients, deal client fees and late payments, keep track and maintain registrations for tele-classes, and/or webinars.

Associations Management: Apply for and renew appropriate professional associations, update profiles as needed, assist with committee duties and assist in preparing for certification or recertification.

Social Media Management: Create and maintain accounts and pages, automate status updates, update profiles and preferences.

Miscellaneous: Be an idea generator and sounding board, make calls and deal with potential clients, look for ways to promote client, keep a detailed schedule, remind client of important dates, order gifts and be a great resource for just about anything!
